The works involved the construction of a 2-storey extension to form a new Sixth Form space for students. Our team of groundworkers excavated for the building footprint and cast new raft foundations. Our in-house bricklayers constructed the retaining walls as well as the brick/blockwork walls. The timber joisted roof was manufactured and constructed by our in-house joinery team. The internal works consisted or new aluminium windows, internal doors, partitions, finishes as well as a new M&E designed system.
