The works involved the complete strip out the existing postal warehouse which included the removal of a mezzanine floor, fixtures and fittings and asbestos roof. The fit out works involved the construction of new stud partitions, ceilings, for coverings and installation of new bespoke lockers to match the newly fit IPS panels. The existing m&e system was completely overhauled to allow for the new film studio lighting and the asbestos roof was replaced with an insulated roofing system.
