This project consisted of the creation of a new dining facility and additional classroom spaced through the installation of a new mezzanine floor structure within the existing sports hall. Internal strip out and demolition of the existing classroom areas enabled the creation of a new multi-use hall space and WC area for the students. The refurbishment works consisted of new floor coverings, decorations, internal doors and suspended ceilings. This was accompanied by a new lift installation and M&E design and build to all new areas and several areas of the existing building.
