The works involved the construction of a new extension to create more space for the Temples kitchen and storeroom area. Our groundworks team undertook an extensive reduced level dig due to poor existing ground conditions. This was followed by footings, concrete slab new block and stonework external walls. A timber joisted roof was installed by our in-house joinery team to accommodate the new flat roof. A new M&E system was designed and installed. Internally, new ceilings, floor coverings and decorations were carried out.
