The works compromise extension and refurbishment work to an existing building, along with external works. Internally, a complete overhaul and refurbishment was undertaken to the entire building. This included new partitions, ceilings, wall finishes, floor coverings, doors and fittings. A complete new mechanical & electrical system was installed throughout. The extension created a new entrance reception and creative working space for the building users. Externally, new footpaths and garden spaces were created as well as various green planting and water fountain areas.
