The existing office building and dilapidate banks of curtain wall were demolished and removed. A new curtain wall was constructed and then internally, classrooms and corridors were made good. Floors were made good with a reinforced concrete slab. Further works included supply and fitting of new suspended ceilings, floors, skirtings, glazed windows and frames, doors and casings and wall partitions (for classrooms) where required.
