Whitaker and Leach were instructed to carry out a state-of-the-art refurbishment of an existing office space in the heart of Leeds City Centre. This consisted of working with the architect to construct new partitions walls for the toilet accommodation and installation of new bespoke toilet and shower areas. The design and build element of the project consisted of the construction of a new meeting pod to the front entrance of the building, as well as the entire mechanical and electrical design and build package. The 2,000m2 office space was uplifted with new floor coverings and decorations throughout as well as new lighting and ventilation.
