The existing unit was stripped back to its original shell including the removal of a mezzanine floor and all tenant equipment. A new entrance pod was formed at the front of the store for the new Mountain Warehouse store which involved the installation of new foundations, steelwork, cladding and aluminium shopfronts and windows. The project was within a busy retail park which meant health and safety was paramount.
