This project consisted of demolition and alteration works to existing retail units to form a new café extension to an existing Home Bargains store. A major constraint on this project was working within a live retail park as well as the requirement to break through into the existing Home Bargains to link the new extension which involved careful planning and coordination to ensure the store kept trading throughout. The works consisted of new steelwork, shopfronts, cladding, external service yard, garden centre fencing and a complete café fit out and a reconfiguration of the existing car park.
