The works involved the fit out of a retail unit in in cardigan to form a new Home Bargains store. It involved careful coordination with the client due to the extremely tight timescales involved in delivering the project to ensure the opening date didn’t move. The new store included a café and internal garden centre. All of which were installed by Whitaker & Leach’s on-site team. A new M&E system was installed throughout the store including ventilation and lighting was installed ventilation as well as a sprinkler system due to the large size of the store.
