The works included a full fit out of an empty retail unit in Ballymena, Northern Ireland, including a full Home Bargains store as well as a café along side it, the work needed to be completed with high levels of coordination due to the tight deadlines from the client to ensure the store opens before the deadline. The empty retail unit was fully fitted out including furnishings and toilet facilities throughout, as well as a kitchen space to accompany the café. Included in the works was a new M&E system which incorporated ventilation and lighting systems as well as sprinkler systems due to the size of the store.
